1.1 The CAVU Advisors operating segment of WSL Consulting, LLC (“WSL”, “CAVU” “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. 1.2 CAVU provides accounting outsourcing and financial consulting (the “Service).

In addition, we may receive personal information about you through the API access granted by you to CAVU from your source systems (e.g., order management software, CRM software, shipping software, Amazon AWS accounts, and accounting software).

We, as well as third parties that provide content, analytics, advertising, or other functionality on our Services, may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, web beacons, and other technologies (“cookies”) to automatically collect personal information about you as to how you access and use the Service and information about the device you use to access the Service, which are stored in log files. 5. STORING THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers in a controlled environment with limited access. Any payment transactions will be encrypted in transit using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Subscribers should not share their password with anyone. While no transmission of information via the internet is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. We cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website; any transmission is at your own risk. 7. TRANSFERING THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

7.1 We may store all information we collect anywhere in the world, including but not limited to, in the United States, in the cloud, on our servers, on the servers of our affiliates or the servers of our service providers. The personal information we collect may be transferred to and stored in countries outside of the jurisdiction you are in where we and our third-party service providers have operations.

10. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

10.1 The Service may, from time to time, contain links to and from third party websites. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. Please check the individual policies before you submit any information to those websites.

10.2 Some of the pages on our Website may utilize framing techniques to serve content to/from our partners while preserving the look and feel of our Website. Please be aware that you are providing your personal information to these third parties and not to CAVU.

11. OUR POLICY TOWARDS CHILDREN

The Service is not directed at persons under 18 and we do not intend to collect personal information from children under 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, then please contact us using the details below so that we can take the appropriate steps in accordance with our legal obligations and this privacy policy.

12. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are residents of the State of California in the United States to annually request and obtain, at no charge, information about the personal information (if any) we have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. This information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. We may update this privacy policy from time to time and so you should review this page periodically. When we change this privacy policy in a material way, we will update the “last modified” date at the end of this privacy policy. Changes to this privacy policy are effective when they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the Website or Service constitutes your agreement to be bound by such changes to the privacy policy. Your only remedy, if you do not accept the terms of this privacy policy, is to discontinue use of the Website and Service.
