BlueHalo, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, announced its acquisition of Base2 Engineering (Base2) on December 21, 2020. CAVU Advisors has provided accounting outsourcing, financial consulting, and PMO financial outsourcing to Base2 since its inception.
